When you first see the "Dashboard" or open a job, the left hand side of the window uses an XP style task list. This enables some of the more common options to be readily available to the user. Additionally, due to the flexibility of the "user forms" concept, items can be added to the task lists as required. This allows the application to be moulded around your companies workflow requirements and ease the learning curve for new users.
